The primary objective of this position is to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of AI solutions and Apple operating systems as we transition from traditional PC environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance and resolve IT challenges during the shift to Apple operating systems.
  • Oversee and sustain network systems, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
  • Implement and manage AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper setup, updates, and security protocols for all Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones).
  • Conduct routine data backups and uphold data security measures.
  • Collaborate with external partners to address complex IT challenges.
  • Educate staff on the effective utilization of IT systems and software.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Specialist, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
  • Expertise in Apple operating systems (macOS, iOS) and AI technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
