Commercial Fleet Sales Manager

Serra Chevrolet-Cadillac of Clarksville is in need of a proven Commercial/Fleet Manager. With our rapidly growing market, we are building a successful Commercial Sales team to meet the demand by providing our customers a superior product to be delivered with exceptional customer service, and are looking for an energetic, customer-centric professional with prior experience to lead our team.

Job Duties:

  • Ability to effectively manage all areas of Commercial Fleet department.
  • Ability to forecast goals and objectives for commercial sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Ability to hire, train and effectively lead sales team.
  • Ability to present products to potential customers through in-person and electronic communications..
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales consultants and other managers. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in commercial/fleet sales with success.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Excellent leadership qualities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet MVR requirements.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
