As the Executive Assistant with Team Borham and Jeffrey Borham PA, you will observe, learn, and execute the procedures and processes necessary for a top real estate team to function. The following list of responsibilities is expected as the Executive Assistant (EA) for Jeffrey Borham, PA.

Compensation:

$24 per hour

Responsibilities:

Expectations:

  • The EA’s primary responsibility is assisting our team leader, Jeffrey Borham, in executing his vision for growth and expansion with his various business entities.  

Calendar Management:

  • Reviewing available networking events, registering, and adding to the calendar
  • Help prepare meetings and take detailed notes
  • Other personal assistant duties such as picking up orders, mail, and other personal assistant tasks
  • Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, and emails, compile information, and report to executive
  • Scheduling/Rescheduling/Confirming meetings with clients and partners 
  • Booking Travel as needed
  • Ensuring all aspects of travel are booked, scheduled, confirmed, etc. 
  • Hotel, Transportation, Flights, Meetings, etc. 

Networking and Travel: 

  • Attending networking events as needed as a representative of Jeffrey Borham
  • Local and Out of State travel with or as a representative of Jeffrey Borham

Listing Assistance:

  • Attending appointments with Jeffrey Borham as needed 
  • Obtain all necessary information to properly fill out listing paperwork
  • Making required edits to listing paperwork per compliance needs 
  • Organizing offers submitted for Jeffrey Borham listings 
  • Assisting with MLS entry for any listings taken by Jeffrey Borham
  • Installing and retrieving lockboxes as needed for listings taken by Jeffrey Borham

Growth and Expansion: 

  • Support for Jeffrey Borham’s multiple entities
  • Team Borham Real Estate Team 
  • Title Services 
  • Process Improvement/Implementation
  • Creation of tracking solutions 
  • Monitoring of business expenses and profits 
  • Assisting with new business developments and integration
Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office

  • Background in Real Estate or interest in Real Estate industry preferred
  • Base Salary + Bonus Potential
