Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Exceptional Staffing Solutions . The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, with a focus on expanding our client base and revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Conduct presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients to showcase the value proposition of our staffing services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical staffing or related services.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office suite, and other business development tools.
