Combat Training Instrumentation Systems (PdM CTIS) Integration Chief

The selected candidate will support PdM CTIS on daily acquisition activities across the organization's portfolio, by preparing acquisition products/presentations for PdM CTIS Programs, while working across PM TRADE, PEO staff, and other external PM, Agencies, and stakeholders

Duties:

  • Directly support PdM CTIS on daily acquisition activities across the PdM CTIS portfolio.
  • Develop, integrate, and prepare acquisition products/presentations for PdM CTIS Programs, to include but not limited to ACAT briefs, portfolio briefs, Program management Review's, etc.
  • Develop, integrate, and coordinate PdM CTIS weekly one-liners and slides for PM TRADE's Staff Call.
  • Develop, integrate, and coordinate PPBE products to include mod reviews, RFIs, TRIAD taskers, etc.
  • Develop, integrate, and coordinate P&R forms, spend plans, and spend plan reviews.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend CTC PMRs/Pillars reviews with PdM CTIS stakeholders and PEO PMs and external participants.
  • Assist in developing and integrating TSS Battle rhythm products and addressing RFIs.
  • Work across PM TRADE, PEO staff, and other external PM, Agencies, and stakeholders as needed to synchronize products, meeting, taskers.
  • Lead the PdM CTIS OPS Cell.
  • Assist program team as directed by PdM CTIS.

Requirements:

  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Practitioner Knowledge of acquisition policies, programs, organizations, functions, resources as related to PEO STRI's mission.
  • Practitioner Knowledge of the DOD Planning, Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) and its relationship to systems acquisition/program management activities.
  • Ability to organize and lead special (study/project) teams and task forces with members from different organizations and commands.
  • Practitioner Working Knowledge of DOD acquisition and life cycle management policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Practitioner Knowledge of acquisition, development, fielding and life cycle support of simulations, simulators, training and instrumentation systems.
  • Practitioner Knowledge of Acquisition Program management, preferably Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act of 1990 (DAWIA) advanced in Program Management (PM) and Business or equivalent
  • Full Time (40 hours/ week)
