Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Lockheed Martin as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the audit functions of the Combat Training Center-Instrumentation System (CTC-IS) and review audit information for detection of possible system abuse.
  • Coordinate with the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to ensure all components of the CTC-IS are protected and operating effectively and securely.
  • Complete an information system security course of instruction appropriate to level of responsibilities.
  • Review and analyze CTC-IS audit records for normal activities such as account usage, remote access, configuration settings, system component inventory, temperature and humidity, equipment delivery and removal, communications at the information system boundaries, excessive failed logins, unusual login times/dates, and excessive sensitive file/folder access.
  • Identify and solve system issues in an effective manner.
  • Apply information assurance/cyber security standards, directives, guidance, and policies to an architectural/risk-based framework.
  • Provide risk-based analysis of information assurance/cyber security as per the DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) strategy.
Requirements
  • Maintain industry certification in accordance with DOD M and DODD for IAT Level II.
  • Maintain at least one security-specific, industry certification for Computing Environment (CYSA+, CCNA Security, CEH, CISA, etc.) in accordance with DOD M and DODD.
  • In-depth knowledge of SPLUNK and other SIEM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master's degree.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and respond to and prioritize incoming work according to stringent deadlines.
Clearance Requirements

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
