SMART1 MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is on the lookout for a skilled Air Traffic Control professional to enhance our Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team. In the role of Training Specialist II, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional training services tailored for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience as an FAA Certified Professional Controller (CPC) and must be eligible to secure and maintain a Public Trust clearance. This position involves providing both classroom instruction and simulation training to a varied cohort of students, including those in the developmental phase of their air traffic control careers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient technical skills in ATC automation and simulation systems.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
- Involvement in curriculum development.
- Must hold a CPC certification and be able to achieve an Instructor-II Simulation Laboratory Certification.
