The Role: At The Pinnacle Companies, we are seeking a detailed oriented, data driven, Project Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and maximizing opportunities. You will identify potential business leads, build strong relationships, and contribute to the strategic expansion of our company.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry databases.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via email, direct mail, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to utilize CRM software to track sales leads and client interactions.
