Location: Multiple Locations: Central Area



Responsibilities but not Limited to:

  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with managers and store employees
  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill employee needs to maintain or improve job skills
  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and platforms including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
  • Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses
  • Collaborate with the HR team in maintaining and building policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
  • Coordinates and facilitates all internal training and development initiatives that support the company goals and objectives
  • Stays abreast of employment law updates, compliance and regulatory requirements related to training and development, compliance and labor law requirements, industry trends, and effective human resources practices
  • Performs other related duties as required


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
