ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Project Management Experience - 7+ years

Comprehensive Project Financial Oversight - 5+ years

Development and Management of Project Timelines - 5+ years

Agile Methodology Proficiency - 3+ years

Experience in Banking or Data Engineering Projects - 2+ years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

Oversees small to medium-scale projects with moderate complexity. Accountable for timely delivery and execution of critical technology initiatives that provide business value. Collaborates with core project teams, including business partners, vendors, and technical staff, to create detailed and actionable project timelines. Assigns tasks to team members and develops precise work schedules, project estimates, and resource allocations. Executes, monitors, and controls technical projects from inception through to final implementation. Communicates project progress and overall health to stakeholders through various reporting methods, including status updates and metrics.

Budget Management

Manages and oversees project budgets with a strong emphasis on approved funding and cost containment. Ensures that any cost changes receive timely approvals and adhere to corporate and departmental standards and policies. Reviews project deliverables, particularly technical documentation, to ensure quality and compliance.

Resource Allocation

Plans and allocates resources for technical projects through initial planning and ongoing labor forecasting. Ensures that the appropriate teams are engaged at the right times for the necessary tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinates the procurement and selection of contingent labor as needed for assigned projects.

Risk Assessment

Ensures compliance with all governmental, corporate, and departmental standards, policies, and procedures in all technical documentation and decisions made by the technical team. Proactively identifies project risks and develops mitigation strategies.
