Construction Record Keeper

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing essential project documentation to support the successful execution of Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) activities. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, coordinate, and disseminate project records to facilitate the management of CEI activities.
  • Assist in conducting research, reproducing reports, and managing public meeting notifications.
  • Organize project-related information and provide support for bid advertisements.
  • Process receipts, reconcile financial accounts, track insurance documentation, and maintain software updates.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for the office, including travel plans and staff licensing.
  • Support office administration, engage in special projects, and assist with onboarding new employees.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in professional services or office management is advantageous.
  • Capability to conceptualize processes and suggest enhancements.
