  • Communicate, engage, and provide the customer with education on products and services
  • Displays active listening skills, perceives emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizes with customers to enhance an overall positive experience 
  • Cover all contract details for new customers and problem-solve any questions that may arrive in a professional manner 

Full Time Sales and Business Development Must have:

  • A background in telecommunications, management, sales, leadership, or related fields 
  • Natural leadership abilities and an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Incredible problem-solving abilities 
  • Great people skills with the ability to build relationships anyone
