About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for City Wide Facility Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development or sales - including phone sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)

Benefits

$20 per hour + commissions with opportunity for advancement if desired.
