Job Summary Overview

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join this external team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing product information and troubleshooting guidance

  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
