Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Part-Time Agency Assistant to assist on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays this fall semester. 


Responsibilities include administrative duties, receptionist/phone assistance, driving for local deliveries and pick-ups for agency and agency clients/vendors, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work between 12:00pm – 5:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during the school year
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must
  • Junior or senior standing
