Job DescriptionJob Description

The General Services Coordinator II is responsible in assisting a variety of General Admin administrative tasks including, but not limited to, purchasing orders, maintaining general supplies, and servicing employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitasks effectively in a fast paced professional environment. Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to internal and external clients in-person and via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and order company catered lunches.
  • Handle and ensure that parking and any applicable building access keys/ cards are being coordinated, allocated, and collected, as needed.
  • Perform other clerical office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Maintaining general supplies and purchasing orders.
  • Assist in sorting incoming/outgoing mails, writing letters, data entry, preparing for meetings, and other administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
