Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver administrative and clerical assistance to a specific manager, department, or group of managers.
  • Coordinate essential administrative tasks that facilitate clinical trials, medical information, and sales activities.
  • Support the department's recruitment process by preparing and distributing agendas, collecting evaluation forms, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Schedule and organize inter-departmental meetings, ensuring all necessary equipment and onboarding materials are ready for new hires.
  • Utilize various software tools for data entry and information management.
