Position Overview: As a Service Advisor at Team Hyundai Bend, your role on is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by offering expert guidance during their vehicle maintenance and repair journey. You'll be the bridge between our customers and skilled service technicians, assisting in issue diagnosis, appointment scheduling, and ensuring efficient vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure prompt completion of repairs.
- Provide accurate cost estimates to customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills for documenting service details and estimates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
