Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday

Clean temperature controlled environment

 

  • Must have adequate tools to perform your required job duties
  • Keep work area, tools, and service units clean and organized
  • Perform proper diagnostic procedures
  • Utilize service manuals, service bulletins and training materials
  • Follow proper shop processes and procedures
  • Stay within approved time frame and communicate any delays with service advisor
  • Proactively look for value added service that can increase hours for the service department and keep the customer’s unit in top condition
  • Document and communicate any additional work needed
  • Ensure all work is approved prior to beginning work
  • Submit complete parts request to service advisor with all unit information
  • Perform proper repair procedures
  • Perform a quality check on each repair of yours and other technicians
  • Assist the service advisors of explaining work to customers
  • Return all paperwork, keys, and repaired unit to proper place when finished
  • Inform management of any broken, damaged, worn, or dangerous conditions, parts, or equipment
  • Strive for 100% customer satisfaction by fixing things right the first time

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability and desire to sell the products and services of the dealership
  • Computer skills and ability to learn company software
  • Mechanical skills
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
  • 5 years experience
  • Certified at the highest level from at least 2 Power Sports Manufacturers
