Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off - weekends are required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships to create a loyal clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking insightful questions and listening attentively.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become an authority on our offerings, including optional packages and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
  • Learn to effectively handle objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.
This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
