Strategic Workforce Planning & Process Reengineering Specialist (Remote) – Public Trust


BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a full-time Strategic Workforce Planning & Process Reengineering Specialist – 100% remote. Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.


US Citizen with Public Trust or Higher Clearance.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic workforce planning and business process reengineering, particularly focusing on HR processes. You will optimize and standardize hiring processes and transform human capital programs to build workforce capabilities rapidly.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead strategic workforce planning and business process reengineering initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for workforce and position management.
  • Transform HR programs to meet future workforce needs.
  • Optimize HR processes to address the transient nature and workplace preferences of the current workforce.
  • Broaden talent pools to ensure a diverse and capable workforce for the future.
  • Assess and recommend improvements for auditor rotation programs.
  • Provide recommendations on optimal lines of effort for Professional Support Staff.
  • Develop and implement training curricula to equip supervisors with necessary tools for effective team leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Mid-level professional with experience in workforce management and business process reengineering, especially HR processes.
  • Experience with strategic planning and HR-related business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


Nice to have:


  • Experience with DoD HR manpower.
  • Experience with DCAA, audit agencies.
