- Lead direct outreach efforts to engage with private and public sector clients effectively.
- Partner closely with the Marketing Director to conduct insightful market research, meticulously track client engagements, and uncover new avenues for growth.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record in successfully developing new business and nurturing client relationships, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
- Exhibit a blend of independence and collaborative spirit, thriving in both individual and team-driven environments.
- Possess a proactive, self-starting attitude with a knack for seamlessly managing multiple priorities and initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM databases is essential; familiarity with Deltek Vision is a significant advantage, showcasing your technological prowess and adaptability.
