Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at SEB Professional. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and capturing market share for our Schaerer, WMF, and Curtis coffee equipment lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
  • Provide strategic insights and market data to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including national food service chain customers, food service dealers, and coffee roasters.
  • Collaborate with the technical sales team to overcome technical hurdles and ensure successful customer onboarding.
  • Represent SEB Professional at trade shows and industry events.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of sales growth and account management.
  • Previous experience in the commercial food service or coffee equipment industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong persuasion, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other sales and marketing tools.
