We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Office Employee with strong dispatching skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations within the plant, coordinating dispatch activities, ensuring smooth communication between different departments, and supporting the overall efficiency of plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Office Administration:**
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain records of employee attendance, schedules, and leave.
**Dispatching:**
- Coordinate and schedule dispatch of materials and products from the plant to various destinations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor dispatch activities and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in production or delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and prepare reports on dispatch activities.
**Communication and Coordination:**
- Serve as a liaison between plant management, production teams, and logistics personnel.
- Facilitate communication regarding production schedules, delivery times, and any issues that arise.
- Ensure all relevant parties are informed of any changes or updates in dispatch schedules.

**Support Functions:**
- Assist in planning and organizing plant events or meetings.
- Support the plant manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the plant.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or logistics is a plus.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in an office administration or dispatching role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
**Skills:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
