Key Responsibilities- Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including lobbies, corridors, and public areas, to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, accidents, and disturbances, and provide assistance as needed.
- Guest and Staff Interaction: Interact with guests and staff to resolve issues and provide support, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Investigations and Reporting: Conduct investigations into incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaboration with Management: Work closely with management and other security personnel to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: None required, but previous experience in a security role is preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Security Officer certification is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to speak and hear in English, close and distance vision, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent interactions with guests and staff. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Salary and BenefitsThe Security Officer will be compensated at a rate of $13.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
