Facilities Officer

The Facilities Officer is responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing, and ensuring the safety and appearance of the Bank by conducting inspection of facilities and coordinate maintenance/repairs as needed. In addition, the position will oversee facilities staff to ensure the organizations utilities and building services are supported at all the Bank’s location.
- Physical Security Officer – Primarily assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations. Identities and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and security systems.
- Facilities – Oversee facilities staff in invoicing, bids, branch issues and/or any repairs as needed.
- ADA – Physical Annual Audits
- Management – Although the candidate will be responsible for reviewing, implementing, and maintaining projects, they will oversee facilities staff to ensure invoices are paid timely, supply orders are approved, and contracts are reviewed for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in maintenance/facilities and operations required
- Prior banking experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
