Position Overview
The Office Facilities Manager will collaborate with the New York Facilities team and the Global Head of Facilities to oversee the Los Angeles office in alignment with company policies and standards. This role encompasses budget management, physical facilities oversight, and employee relations, and is structured as a part-time position (24 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily office walkthroughs
  • Manage and procure office supplies as necessary
  • Address repair issues related to office equipment and facilities
  • Review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate deliveries
  • Assist with weekly catered lunches
  • Provide virtual support for the DC office
  • Collaborate with maintenance vendors to ensure timely repairs
  • Engage in ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Facilities Coordinator
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adherence to service level agreements
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements
  • Availability for a part-time schedule, Tuesday through Thursday, totaling 24 hours per week

Compensation
At Reorg, we consider various factors when determining compensation, including experience, skills, and business needs. The estimated hourly rate for this part-time position ranges from $28 to $36. Please note that this role is not eligible for benefits.
