The KAM is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. MUST HAVE experience working with suppliers like Ford and GM.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Close sales
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Develop and execute sales plans
  • Track and report sales results


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Strong technical knowledge of the products and services sold by the company
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to build rapport with customers
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service
