**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and talented Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing OEM accounts related to specific BCS products, improving customer relationships, and achieving strategic customer objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage OEM accounts and develop strategies to improve customer relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Assess customer needs, trends, and risks to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and implement account plans to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of account plans.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar Account Manager position at a Tier 1 supplier to Stellantis, Toyota, and Honda.
  • Bachelor's degree, required.
  • Experience in automotive components manufacturing and processes.
  • Experience with automotive HMI Sensors & Switches (TPMS, Rain, Lights).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an intercultural and interdisciplinary environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills, required.
  • Leadership, pro-activity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to secure achievement of all responsibilities.
