Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for a Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our team. This position
will be Responsible for assisting the Service Manager with providing fast, efficient, and quality service to
CSG customers and Service/ATM technicians through administrative support.

Location: Corona, CA – After training, can be Hybrid with 3 days in office/2 days remote. **OFFICE WILL BE MOVING TO ONTARIO AREA IN NOVEMBER 2024.

Pay: This is an hourly position offered at $25.00 – 28.00 per hour DOE

What you’ll do:
1. Support Service Manager in reviewing open service and ATM call reports.
2. Work closely with dispatch and technicians to ensure we are current on all service calls.
3. Coordinates with purchasing and warehouse teams to track parts status.
4. Maintains job status board and provides updates as needed.
5. Supports SM in planning and facilitating weekly service needs and meeting.
6. Tracks service call completions and performs specific closeout duties.
7. Coordinates necessary change orders with Service Manager.
8. Assist with customer conversions.
9. Communicates with customers on service status as needed.
10. Performs other related support duties as required and assigned.

What you’ll bring:
Qualifications/Education/Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two-three years related
experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Problem solving skills and comfort with dynamic environment essential for growth.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy a must (including PowerPoint, MS Word, MS excel)
• DataBase knowledge
