Successful Key Account Managers will be experienced in developing a deep understanding of the customers products, applications and processes and build relationships with them to grow Essentra's marketshare.

What you will do:

  • Develop and retain long-term and positive relationships with key distribution customers securing the profitable growth objectives for the business.
  • Develop a strategic plan for each customer managed. Indicate strategic and tactical growth objectives, summarize key commercial agreements, provide financial assessment and forecast, identify key stakeholders, and executive engagement.
  • Outline key drivers of value creation for assigned customers as relevant to Essentra Components product portfolio.
  • Outline how key accounts source component needs and define a plan to pursue growth.
  • Develop of Key Account Plan strategies in line with strategic and category plans.
  • Report out on valuable application detail to product and marketing teams.
  • Grow the business in alignment with plan.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue sales targets.
  • Monitor, maintain and develop business KPIs for the site in line with the company strategy.



What we look for:

  • 3-5 years of experience calling on distribution accounts, particularly corporate locations
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales revenues of $10+ million
  • 3 -5 years of experience building relationships with individuals across all levels of the organization
  • Experienced in new business development activities and turnaround of disengaged customers
  • Ability to negotiate at a high level
  • Min of 3+ years of CRM Experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time
