Job Title: Account Manager

At Energetiq Technology Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Account Management team in managing and nurturing our key OEM and emerging OEM customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to oversee key OEM accounts and region-specific sales teams, providing daily support and serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, addressing and resolving customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Facilitate growth at regional sales teams by aligning and prioritizing their requests with internal teams.
  • Oversee and manage projects related to key accounts, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports, analyzing account data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Aid in the creation and execution of customer proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Track key account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the Account Management team, recommending actions to optimize account performance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends, providing recommendations for improvements in products, services, and processes.
  • Manage account-related documentation, schedules, and communications, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure efficient account management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, with Material Science, Physics, or Optics or relevant certifications being a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, program management, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience in semiconductor equipment, optical metrology, light sources, or optics.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Location: Wilmington, MA.
  • Travel: Approximately 15%.
