Role Description

The Regional Vice President of Florida will work directly with the Florida President and leadership team to run the business operations of the Florida Division. In addition to overseeing financial planning and strategic initiatives, you will manage day-to-day operations within the leadership team. As a leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with the Florida Division and field personnel to streamline processes, optimize resources, and drive profitability. Strategic thinking will guide your decision-making, maintaining operational excellence in the short term and achieving sustainable growth in the long term. There are no client relationship or business development expectations in this role, as those responsibilities are managed by the President.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Leadership: Drive strategic direction and visionary leadership for the Florida Division, aligning goals with company objectives.
  • Operational and Team Leadership: Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Mentor and develop the Florida team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive profitability and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize resources.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project and organizational success.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, real estate, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of commercial construction operations experience.
  • 5+ years in a senior-level operations leadership role.
