Key Responsibilities

The Vice President will lead a newly centralized division focused on:

  • Website design and content management
  • Multimedia production
  • Advertising and graphic design
  • Social media engagement
  • Public and media relations
  • Branding and enrollment marketing strategies

This role will involve close collaboration with the Admissions team to devise and execute marketing strategies that align with the institution's enrollment management objectives, utilizing digital marketing, direct outreach, and targeted lead generation.

Leadership and Strategy

Under the guidance of the Vice President, the Marketing and Communications division will support the institution's advancement efforts, including:

  • Producing alumni publications
  • Creating annual reports
  • Designing promotional materials for events and campaigns

The Vice President will provide visionary leadership in:

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives
  • Integrating communication strategies across various platforms
  • Establishing measurable benchmarks and performance indicators
  • Overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in marketing or a related field. Candidates should possess at least five years of relevant experience in higher education marketing, along with proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and familiarity with design software.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
