Proposal Coordinator

ATI has a current need for a full-time Proposal Coordinator.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review government databases to identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain opportunity tracking pipeline and proposal resource files.
  • Coordinate proposal kickoff meetings with staff and team members.
  • Analyze, outline and schedule RFQs, RFPs, and RFI pursuits.
  • Develop compliance matrix, submit solicitation questions, and track responses.
  • Edit, adapt, and write proposal content from templates and develop independently as needed.
  • Coordinate with team members to obtain their timely proposal submissions.
  • Coordinate with writers, schedule due dates and red-team reviews and recovery.
  • Prepare and coordinate PPQ submissions and past performance documents.
  • Edit and review draft documents for conformance to solicitation requirements.
  • Oversee proposal contractors/consultants, track solicitation amendments.
  • Manage production and submission of hard copy and electronic deliverables; and
  • Track conferences and associated registrations, develop marketing materials, and support website design and content.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in the sciences, writing, or other relevant field;
  • Minimum of three (3) years government proposal experience.
  • Organizational and time management skills are a must.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.
  • Professional demeanor in dealing with clients and teaming partners is mandatory.
  • Plus Factors: Technical background, experience in the preparation of SF330’s, experience with any of the aforementioned business lines listed above, and experience with graphics software.


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Head Office, Columbia, MD; Working partially remotely can be considered.

 

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
