Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate government databases to discover potential opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline for tracking opportunities and proposal resources.
  • Organize proposal kickoff meetings with staff and team members.
  • Analyze, outline, and schedule RFQs, RFPs, and RFI pursuits.
  • Create compliance matrices, submit solicitation inquiries, and monitor responses.
  • Edit, adapt, and generate proposal content from templates and develop independently as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely proposal submissions.
  • Coordinate with writers, establish deadlines, and conduct red-team reviews and recovery.
  • Prepare and manage PPQ submissions and past performance documentation.
  • Review draft documents for adherence to solicitation requirements.
  • Supervise proposal contractors/consultants and track solicitation amendments.
  • Oversee the production and submission of both hard copy and electronic deliverables; and
  • Monitor conferences and associated registrations, create marketing materials, and assist with website design and content.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field such as sciences or writing;
  • At least three (3) years of experience in government proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications is required.
  • A professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team partners is essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Technical background, experience in preparing SF330's, familiarity with the aforementioned business lines, and experience with graphic design software.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Head Office, with potential for partial remote work.

Working Hours: Standard work hours – Monday to Friday (approximately 40 hours per week).
