Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Proposal Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of government databases to pinpoint potential opportunities.
- Maintain an organized tracking system for opportunities and proposal resources.
- Facilitate proposal kickoff meetings with staff and team members.
- Analyze, outline, and schedule responses to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Develop compliance matrices, submit solicitation inquiries, and monitor responses.
- Edit, adapt, and create proposal content from templates and develop original content as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Coordinate with writers, establish deadlines, and manage red-team reviews and recovery processes.
- Prepare and manage PPQ submissions and past performance documentation.
- Edit and review draft documents to ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Oversee proposal contractors and consultants, tracking solicitation amendments.
- Manage the production and submission of both hard copy and electronic deliverables.
- Track conferences and related registrations, develop marketing materials, and assist with website design and content.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Associate's degree in a relevant field such as sciences or writing.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in government proposal management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications is required.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team partners is essential.
- Preferred qualifications include a technical background, experience in preparing SF330 forms, familiarity with the aforementioned business lines, and experience with graphic design software.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Head Office; partial remote work may be considered.
Working Hours: Standard work hours – Monday to Friday (approximately 40 hours per week).
