Medix Infusion is a technology-driven healthcare platform dedicated to enhancing patient care and access to infusion therapies. We specialize in disease management and infusion pharmacy services for patients with chronic and acute conditions, particularly in underserved communities. Our personalized home and in-suite infusion therapies ensure convenience and comfort. Our expert team offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient’s journey as smooth as possible.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand new target accounts and increase revenue of current accounts while meeting target quotas.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of account executives, providing mentoring and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with accounts and manufacturers.
  • Lead weekly Plan of Action meetings with the sales team.
  • Monitor and track sales trends, reporting to the Director of Sales (DOS).
  • Conduct weekly ride-along with sales members and provide documentation to the DOS.
  • Identify and address potential education, training, or support needs in the field proactively.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere that values development and professional growth.
  • Build strong internal-customer relationships with key personnel.
  • Establish monthly and annual sales objectives for the region.
  • Collaborate routinely with the DOS on sales initiatives, objectives, and goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage account retention efforts.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for each sales team member.
  • Identify and seek opportunities for improvement in organizational, management, and individual performance.
  • Serve as a liaison to internal and external customers to resolve issues.
  • Utilize CRM to report and monitor quality outcomes accurately.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the healthcare industry (infusion preferred).
  • Residence within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with Medix Infusion staff, vendors, and patients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop productive working relationships with all team members.
  • Proficiency in using company email, Microsoft Teams, and other communication tools.
  • Competence in using self-service payroll software (time and attendance, benefits, pay statements).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to navigate web browsers.
  • Knowledge of, and sensitivity to, cultural and language differences in patient care delivery.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.

Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff.
