About the Marketing Communications Manager position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for managing all marketing communications activities of the organization including projects and campaigns, as well as providing top-tier copywriting and content creation. This role will require you to be a strategic, independent thinker with a proven track record in project management and a strong ability to craft compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.


What you'll do as a Marketing Communications Manager:


Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, tradeshows, and social media.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the desired results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing staff, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain a detailed project timeline, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including websites, emails, brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the external agency to produce visually appealing and effective content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content strategies.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Requirements:

What you'll need to be a successful Technical Product Owner:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing communications role.
  • Strong experience in copywriting and content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
