Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the comprehensive management of the Source to Pay (S2P) process within the organization.

The S2P process encompasses the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of supplier goods and services for indirect categories, devices, and networks, along with the receipt of these goods and services, and the management and settlement of payables.

Leadership Expectations:
Transform the S2P function by:
- Developing the team, processes, and capabilities
- Ensuring alignment with the overarching business objectives
- Nurturing relationships with essential business stakeholders and suppliers
Sourcing and Supplier Management:
- Formulate and implement long-term sourcing strategies that resonate with the company’s goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry advancements, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee the assessment, selection, and management of suppliers to guarantee reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.


Negotiations and Contract Management:
- Spearhead negotiations aimed at optimizing Total Cost of Ownership, considering working capital and long-term value creation.


- Supervise the drafting, review, and management of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Effectively resolve contractual disputes and manage associated risks.

Procurement Operations:
- Establish procurement policies and processes to ensure necessary approvals prior to purchase orders.
- Enhance spend management.
- Develop and implement supplier performance management initiatives, including regular assessments and feedback.

Accounts Payable:
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function.
- Ensure timely supplier payments while managing working capital effectively.
- Collaborate with Procurement Operations and Sourcing teams to optimize supplier terms.

Performance Metrics:
- Create a S2P Scorecard to measure effectiveness.

Cost and Cash Management:
- Identify avenues for cost savings and efficiency enhancements within the procurement process.

Quality Assurance:
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to achieve cost reductions without compromising quality.

Delivery Assurance:
- Guarantee timely delivery of all goods and services.

Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and product development, to understand and support their sourcing requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization to drive cohesive procurement strategies.
- Lead the S2P organization through ongoing organizational transformation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

15 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.

A blend of consulting and operational experience is preferred. Prior experience in a private equity-operated portfolio company is highly desirable.


- Proven success in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships at a senior level.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are advantageous.
