We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Consolidated Communications. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Residential Engagement and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key neighborhoods and customer segments for our products and services.
  • Customized Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Relationship Building and Cultivation: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Participate in event planning and execution, including trade shows, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Multi-Dwelling Unit Engagement: Develop strategies to engage with multi-dwelling unit (MDU) customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a door-to-door or direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Ability to work in a goal-oriented and results-driven environment, with a strong focus on sales performance.
  • Technical Savvy: High comfort level with personal technology and computer applications.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as required for market sales campaigns or event support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
