Position: Direct Sales Representative (DSR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Act as a representative of Fidium in residential neighborhoods, developing strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Market Research and Prospecting: Analyze local market trends to identify potential neighborhoods for Fidium's services.
  • Tailored Client Solutions: Customize presentations and proposals to meet the diverse needs of clients, enhancing negotiation capabilities.
  • Event Representation: Participate in community events sponsored by the company to improve public speaking and networking skills.
  • Relationship Management: Implement strategic follow-ups to nurture and maintain customer relationships.
  • Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of events, developing project management and teamwork skills.
  • Multi-Dwelling Unit Engagement: Address the specific requirements of multi-dwelling units (MDUs) effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales within a door-to-door or direct-to-consumer context.
  • Experience thriving in a performance-driven environment.
  • High proficiency with personal technology and software applications.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for sales initiatives or event participation.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in door-to-door sales, customer service, or telecommunications products.
