We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist who will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, providing technical support and amazing computer buying experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, technical support, and sales. We are adding to our team and looking for those who offer a best in class service. WHAT THE JOB IS:

  • Provide customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve technical issues and answer sales inquiries.
  • Understand and provide customers with beneficial sales solutions and financing options.
  • Resolve issues related to billing, services, and other concerns
  • Assist customers in selecting new computers or part upgrades.
  • Close new sales by understanding customer appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist and advise customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve customer service and sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

ATTRIBUTES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
  • 2+ years Customer Relations experience
  • Be comfortable working with sales and keeping the business of customers.
  • Can type 40+ wpm
  • Knowledge of current PC hardware
  • Ability to work full time - schedules may change and vary in hours based upon company needs, weekends are currently required (two consecutive days off.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
