ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to troubleshoot technical issues and address sales inquiries.
  • Identify and present customers with advantageous sales solutions and financing alternatives.
  • Resolve inquiries related to billing, services, and other concerns.
  • Guide customers in selecting new computers or upgrading components.
  • Close new sales by matching customers with suitable products and services.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist and advise customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer service and sales strategies.
  • Engage in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service capabilities.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:
  • Exceptional phone presentation and communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Relations.
  • Comfortable working with sales and managing customer accounts.
  • Typing speed of 40+ wpm.
  • Familiarity with current PC hardware.
  • Availability for full-time work with flexible scheduling, including weekends.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear guidance to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous.
