Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to join our organization. This individual will play a vital role in assisting our CFO with the company's financial future and will help oversee the financial activities of our small/medium-sized family-owned businesses.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee all corporate financial aspects, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasting preparation, conferring with owners, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

● Monitor and control cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, disposition of assets, and regulation compliance

● Assist with hands-on administrative and bookkeeping duties as required including applications/correspondence for federal and state certifications, permits, etc.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (Associates degree will be considered)

● Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, or CPA) would be beneficial but not required.

● 3+ years’ experience in an upper-level accounting-related position

● Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.

● Exceptional communication skills.

● Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
