Qualifications
  • Experience in the construction sector, either with a General Contractor or subcontractor, in an administrative or operational role.
  • Proficient in Sage Contractors Edition.
  • Familiarity with AIA Progress Billings, Change Orders, and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities; thoroughness and accuracy are crucial.
  • Experience in a construction office or related trade is advantageous.
  • A proficiency assessment will be conducted during the interview process.
