Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Field Controls. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth at strategic distributors and key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in your region.
  • Identify opportunities to support customers' goals and challenges.
  • Build relationships with large HVAC contractors and influencers.
  • Work with rep firms and territory managers to penetrate and grow distributor accounts.
  • Develop and implement growth plans for target accounts in your region.
  • Interface with marketing to share customer requirements for marketing support.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be based in your defined region of the country and will travel as required to meet with customers. Regular in-person visits with customers and periodic visits to our factory in Kinston, NC are also necessary. With a base salary of $120,000 and additional sales commissions or incentives of up to $60,000, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to drive growth and succeed in a dynamic environment.
