Responsibilities:

Ø Process all A/P invoice for both companies

Ø Generate/submit all A/R invoicing, including AIA’s, to clients with support from PMs

Ø Release vendor payments and collect necessary lien waivers to expedite client payment. Save all documents as required

Ø Electronically save all preliminary lien requests received

Ø Request, receive and save copies of vendor Certificate of Insurance electronically

Ø Generate job cost reports and regularly communicate performance to interested parties, including the project manager

Ø Reconcile credit cards monthly (currently Bank of America, WEX Fuel, and Home Depot) and import activity into software.

Ø Function as the primary contact for expense report corrections and submission

Ø Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure files for the company

Ø Attend construction project rollover meetings focusing on accounting responsibilities

Ø Verify construction project data entry into accounting system (Foundation)

Ø Submit for Butler iConnect reimbursements

Qualifications:

Ø 3 - 5 years in accounting for a construction company

Ø Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an accounting major

Ø Requires mathematical and analytical skills to develop and interpret financial reports

Ø Ability to effectively communicate ideas

Ø Exceptional computer skills with an understanding of current technology

Ø Foundation accounting software

Ø Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Level): Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive

Ø AutoDesk Build experience is a bonus

Ø Demonstrate commitment to growth; identify weaknesses and discuss improvement

Ø Meticulous, personable team-player who considers the impact of their work on others

Ø Enthusiastically face challenges and evolve within a dynamic and flexible environment

Schedule:

40-hour work week

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am – 5 pm

Friday: 8:00 am – 3 pm.

Pay:

Based upon experience, but ranges from $55,000 to $65,000
