Kimberlite Corporation - Sonitrol, a 100% employee owned company specializing in verified electronic security is seeking an Accounting Collections Manager for our corporate office located in Fresno, CA. 

The ideal candidate needs to be very goal orientated and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy set forth in the job expectations.  Willingness to learn our company and procedures while calling daily to delinquent accounts to arrange payments. 

Requirements:

·         Strong written and verbal communications skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used business applications

·         Critical thinking skills including the ability to reconcile accounts, work through disputes, and payment applications

·         Must work well with others and have excellent customer service skills

·         Strong organizational skills including documentation of activities on customer accounts

 

Responsibilities:

·         Daily collection calls in coordination with branch personnel

·         Update and coordinate with branch management regarding collections and disputes

·         Send collection letters according to company policy and submit accounts to outside collection agency as needed

·         Maintain collection notes in respective systems

·         Assist with processing customer payments sent to lockbox as needed

·         Work with customers and branch to reconcile and resolve disputed accounts

·         Process 20-Day pre-lien notices, conditional and unconditional waivers.

·         Assumes other duties as assigned
