TEMP TO HIRE

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Recruiting Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This position is in person at the office in Downtown Sacramento, with the opportunity to do hybrid.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced AI-driven sourcing tools and social media platforms to identify and attract high-caliber talent.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead the implementation and management of digital pre-screening tools and assessments for efficient candidate evaluations.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of video interviewing platforms, ensuring a standardized and efficient remote candidate assessment process.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop and implement automated processes and workflows within the recruitment cycle.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement and optimize technology tools to enhance the overall candidate experience, from application to onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all technology-driven recruitment activities.
  • Explore and recommend emerging digital channels and technologies for effective talent acquisition.

​Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Above-average computer skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (CATS is a plus), digital assessment tools, and video interviewing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.
